We have been getting a lot of questions from customers on how to tie their andieanderin necktie.
There are so many options for how to wear her and we want everyone to explore all the options! We are working on a step-by-step "how to tie" series. Hopefully you will give these a try and maybe they will inspire new tie ideas as well.
Our first instructional sketch is for "the lazy bow". We call her the lazy bow because in this tie, the bow gets to hang freely and be held up by the other half of the necktie. It sounds strange to describe :) Check out the steps below!
Here is a full preview of the steps and below are the steps you can follow individually.
Step 1: start with the necktie resting around your neck, wrapping the back of your neck
Step 2: wrap her around your neck
Step 3: let her hang evenly
Step 4: create a bow, start by crossing the tails
Step 5: bring one tail through the opening above the criss cross
Step 6: pull tail through and place them on top of each other
Step 7: create loop with the top tail
Step 8: wrap the looped tail with the other tail
Step 9: continue wrapping around the backside of the loop
Step 10: create loop with the other tail
Step 11: pull this second loop through to complete the bow
Step 12: pull looped ends outward tight
Step 13: loosen the wrap around your neck
Step 14: pull half of the bow through the wrapped section
Step 15: Voila! The lazy bow
