Step 1: Start with the necktie resting on the back of your neck and the ends laying at equal length.
Step 2: wrap her around your neck
Step 3: let her hang evenly
Step 4: create a bow, start by crossing the tails
Step 5: take one tail and wrap the other, bringing it back through the looped section around your neck
Step 6: pull tail through and place them on top of each other
Step 7: create loop with the top tail
Step 8: wrap the looped tail with the other tail
Step 9: create loop with the other tail
Step 10: pull this second loop through to complete the bow
Step 11: pull looped ends outward tight
Step 12: Voila! The short floppy bow!
