This premium Italian leather necktie is thoughtfully designed to represent a no-fuss uniform look. The leather is symbolic of the jackets aviators wore during the early years of flight and the airplane represents Amelia Earhart’s infamous Lockheed Electra airplane which she piloted during her last flight. We hope our ‘High Flier’ necktie brings adventure whenever she’s strapped around your neck.
The necktie comes with a storyboard that highlights Amelia Earhart’s accomplishments.

About Amelia Earhart
Amelia Earhart was a pioneer, conquering the male-dominated aviation world of the 1930s. She is unequivocally a trailblazer, but not just for her accomplishments in flight. Amelia was a determined individual that challenged gender norms, lecturing across the country on aviation and inspiring women to pursue their passions. She was also an accomplished writer, contributing to Cosmopolitan and various magazines, as well as writing books about her own flight adventures. Her name was tied to many organizations as well as first President and co-founder to the Ninety-Nines, an all-female aviation group consisting of none-other-than 99 women. Her popularity even transcended into luggage and clothing, making her the first celebrity to have a clothing line named after them.
