We designed this necktie to be symbolic of the famous jabots that Ruth Bader Ginsburg wears to jazz up her black courtroom robe. This is a no fuss necktie that is short and simple, but speaks volumes - similar to RBG's personal collection of neckwear.
The necktie comes with a storyboard that highlights Ruth Bader Ginsburg's many accomplishments.
About Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Ruth Bader Ginsburg may be in her mid-eighties and small in stature, but she is packed full of might and won’t be letting her age slow her down anytime soon. Nicknamed the Notorious R.B.G, she has recently reached rockstar status, with her dissent statements becoming her greatest hits. But she is certainly not new to the field of law. After a series of successfully defended cases in the seventies, Ruth Bader was appointed a judge in 1980 for the US Court of Appeals by President Carter, and was then sworn in as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court in 1993 by President Clinton. She was only the second woman to ever serve on the highest court, following Sandra Day O’Connor, and is now the longest serving female on the court.
